It is non-partisan, non-political, and non-sectarian. From its office in Bethesda, Maryland, it maintains affiliations with the Hariri Foundation for Sustainable Human Development and the Rafik Hariri Foundation, both of which are based in Lebanon, the latter in Beirut and the former in Saida.
